Decent for the weekly rate of $290. People with pets need to be more responsible for cleaning up after them around the complex and in the dog park, there's no housekeeping/turndown service, and they won't let you in your room if you lock yourself out after hours. But, they will work with you if you come up short on rent, the managers and maintenance staff are really nice, and it's pretty quiet for the location.
Me and my wife and kids have been at Eagle Suites for 3 months. We make a comfy little home out of our nice bedroom. We havent had any issue and have had a great welcoming from all worker including the nice maintenance man. Were so appreciative we found this location. We enjoying our stay.
Well maintained, very clean, private and quiet weekly/monthly stay. Property manager Dianne is one of the nicest people and does her best to accommodate. Highly recommend!
Location is great right off freeway near grocery stores have many shopping outlets in walking distance. Rooms have kitchenettes and wifi. Bring your own linens does not offer housekeeping but has food and hygiene products free in office if needed. Maintenance man is on top of it and knows what he's doing. Office ladies are always one text away if you need them after hours which is nice if you get locked out. Remember your key there is a fee if needed let in your room outside of office hours.
The customer service is great here and the staff are friendly and the environment around this place is great and met some pretty cool individuals. I love this place 10/10( prior to this note but I am going to take back everything that I said on this note because I was told to put this down somebody in specific would get 100 dollars but still lost but I do not think this place is well maintained and we've had multiple issues concerning our toilet and they finally got it fixed after 3 orr 4 times getting the maintenance guy to fix it". But insane prices on if you forget your key card by accident. But I will say there alot of stuff going on that I bet the owner would want to know Abt when it comes to the staff and who's running this placeAnd sometimes I think even the staff be on something which I got my opinions

This is a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly One room rental! The rooms are a good size . They come with fredg. Air. Glass stove top.. bathroom. Wifi , internet and TV .. Bed with bed cover . Shower curtain. A food pantry is in the office and you can receive mail theeee as well. There is a laundry room on site ..of course its not free.. they have a dog pad feneced in for you to take your pup to the bathroom so its pet friendly ..and very kid friendly .. No its not a drug place or a crime place that you might of heard ..ive actually became sobersince living here ..yay me . And i help clean rooms as well so the rooms are ery clean .. no bugs ..they do have rooms sprayed .. and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and kid friendly events close by ..lots of kids to play with .. and i have lived here for over2 and half years and am always happy to gelp as well . We have excellent sweet managers mrs .Diana and mes aLisa are great and maintenance Ryan is always helpful to ..so come make our home your home
Overall I really like it! Could use a few improvements, but nothing i can't live with! Prices are great! Especially for the location!!! Great ppl who run it though!!!
